A Monday. Full stop.
I decided to take my camera set today to re-shoot the lab in another way today. This time, I decided to make it only two rows. The two rows go around in increments of 30 degrees. For the top row, the camera is elevated at 30 degrees (with 0 degrees on the top of the vertical line dividing the dial), while the lower row is on -30 degrees. The are in the middle which was taken solely in the previous time will be shared in between the rows, the bottom of the upper row, and the top of the lower row. I was thinking, maybe too much details is not so good for the computer to overlap images and assign control points, or in other words, the software gets confused for the number of details and hence things go nasty afterwards. I shall give this a try instead of the previous trial that drove me nuts. In my haste, I've forgot to take a zenith snap, but I think I will try to take the zenith from the previous trial. It might work.
I was almost going into a disaster when the battery was exhausted and needed to be changed while working on the top row of images. Hence, after finishing, I've changed, as careful as it can be, the batteries. I've found out that the other batteries were exhausted as well! I've forgot to recharge them the last time! Here comes my Monday. I've already started with a disaster when I came to work and forgot all the keys in the other car, but Gracefully, the keeper was around to open the doors for me. My life is going into a real mess and I just can't hold the brakes.

Still studying my options for my vacation right now and I'm afraid that I'm running out of time for the time being! The visa procedures would need at least one month to be processed (if done with no mistakes). I have to prepare everything and reserve everything, then get the tickets, and then prepare for the visa. A long procedure that I do ask myself if I really am into all of this. One second I'm up to it, the other I'm just down and not willing to do anything.

 As for today, I've started with enlisting the words in the usual format that I usually use for the dictionary, preparing them to be added later on to the HTML dictionary. The process in the beginning was not as easy as I thought, specially with some technical awkward moments with the software. I'm using the OpenOffice Writer now, and forgetting about all the fuss in the Microsoft Word. It's free! It needs some work on some aspects, but never the less, you would give up some options for a free complete set of softwares that run parallel to the Microsoft stuff, like Word or Excel or even PowerPoint. However, I'm preparing myself for more difficulties soon, as there might be some words that are duplicated (i.e. one English word with same meaning having 2 Ayvarith words). Such things happen all the time. Sadly enough, I could not resist a nap in the afternoon yesterday. Yes. It is a sad thing because I was going to work with my plants but unfortunately, some people were asleep at that time and I didn't want to make a big fuss, thus I just settled down waiting for them to wake up... and slept while doing that! One day gone without doing anything.
I'm continuing my reading about what is called the "Arabic Parts" and digging further to see what can be seen (or foreseen?) in those relations. I got one program to do most of the calculations for many Arabic Parts itself. I had it a long time ago and I didn't know how to use it and at that time back then, I didn't know what are these really. It is a freeware called Astrolog. It was hard to utilize and use things or set up things around in this little software, but I think I did it correctly this time (by comparison with some other sites that give free natal charts). Since the software has a weird way of producing a text file, I decided to make a print-screen of this long list and paste it here as an image instead of a test;

After having some tiny pinches and pains on my sides, I decided maybe it is better now to increase my intake of water, since such pains can be (sometimes) related to kidney problems, and the usual thing is, to filter the kidney by drinking water. I finished 1.5 litres today, and that was a great load and a great work, because I had to go to the toilet every 5 minutes!

Some more happy news for today: I washed my car :)... hence, there will be rain soon.

Mysterious...

My brain works in a mysterious way right now, but in my own language that means only in a spontaneous way. I have some ideas for some story beginnings, and the rest might come later I believe, but I'm hesitating. Should I start writing something now without doing anything in the translation process of this loooooong part of Alexander's story? And what about the sketch I'm supposed to do? Things are clashing in my mind and can't find an answer. On the other hand, I'm kind of convinced that I should start on something... otherwise the thread of ideas might cut off and I won't find something to write. At least I'll pen some stuff down. One of the ideas is to write something about my dear friend, who works with a bunch of stupids (don't worry, it's something regular in Kuwait).

My ear is, as it seems, doing better with the pain, but my hearing capabilities are lessened. Maybe I need some ear cleaning again (I did one 2 years ago) but after all this inflammation is gone. There is some pain that kicks for a second and then disappears but everything sounds OK for 2 days now. Last Thursday, everything was OK with it, until I had a shower afternoon and it started to kick out an unbelievable pain! And today, surely I have to take some shower, otherwise I'm gona be sooooo stinky!!

Working conditions are quiet and the regular fight with sales persons and invoices shall begin soon I believe after the delivery of some devices. I hate that but anyway, this is the good part of being not in a high place or position! Because your signatures typically means nothing! Well, I have to report the conditions with my director anyway and this is something manageable from my side at least.

Checking after my tail, I guess I have to note down some words in Bulughman and Zimuran, and also Betenic (the freshly made conlang). Zimuran might be less active, but I think I should add some words to the list of Bulughman and Betenic. When I talk about this I just remember the sad story of GeoCities closing down and having to do a huge work again in some other place! I think I can avoid this problem by buying a domain from Yahoo! but this is not so suitable for a humble page like mine with a simple design and not really intended for a commercial work at all! Man, all my brain thinks of right now is ........... VACATION. And I mean a vacation away from everything! Just me, my camera and nature.

No response yet from the Irish embassy in Riyadh... this is the first time for me to send a passport outside... so this kinda makes me awry.
